      Great Company Culture

      Pros

      Great office environment and company culture. You don't feel like another line item on someone's excel sheet. There is a real sense of value that you bring to the company. Because of the diversity of projects, you can really grow your skills and career! The office location is great and is management has no issues with a hybrid work schedule.

      Cons

      After a year of working here, no real complaints as of now.

      Pros

      CAD team is amazing and the manager of the team helps you alot! If this is your first job - it's a great company to join, the coworkers are almost like family(very friendly)~

      Cons

      Pay rate might be less but that is negated by the healthy working hours and hybrid roles which very few companies in Columbus have

      Pros

      Great office and fantastic Manager. I've had projects across a variety of clients and across a range of subject matter in oil and gas. Periodic travel has been a great way to meet clients and see their facilities.

      Cons

      First experience consulting. There is a tough balance between waiting on clients for information and ensuring I have enough work / billable hours available to keep busy versus the more common experience where I have too much work on my plate and not enough hours in the day to meet timelines.
