Pros

Nothing special to mention except for EDS brand which I am not sure how long will exist in future. Good learning place for technical team

You should be a madrasi / Tamil guy to grow. Tamil fanatic company. highly political company. There will be absolutely no growth for BDMs as the managers shield the growth. Number of sales calls per day rules get applied only for BDMs but not for RM or GM who enjoy all the benefits without working hard. For them doing telecalls is hardwork but the same is not applicable for BDMs. They are masters in pretending of working hard and assisting you which you should not believe and get into that trap. Work for 2 years and jump.

The President treats employees like a slave. Terrible environment to work. Me being a senior employee has been often warned for deducting salary for late logins. Do NOT even think of applying for leave as it is not going to be approved though you have leave balance in abundance.
