Exit is impossible and bad mid management

No pros till now and i dont think they give importance to hard workers

Cons

If you choose eds technologies. Exit is impossible. Three months notice period. No new company will wait for three months and if you leave early then you are blacklisted. So you will be wasting precious time of your career

1. Funny rules like school; they make employees wear tie 2. Ask for Leave letter if they are late by few mins 3. Big talks by managers but no stuff in them
