Survival of top management is because of this Business Development GMs, and few location Manager’s will get big accounts who give continuous business revenue so that they can achieve their target and get good incentives. HR is a dummy as usual in most of the organization, just as puppet does what the President says oops orders Though in general the company is technical good, there are few sales guys not efficient and doesn't even know how to negotiate or talk after so many years are given promotion Last but not least, a person who closed 2 businesses - entire training and 1 cad partner business plus ramped down the marketing team has been in the company whereas other non performers like in sales for 6 months are thrown out. Why partiality for 1 person
