Dedicated person can learn lot new things. The only reason I joined this organisation was Karthikeyan sir, really nice person. At this stage of career, he is completely dedicated to work.

Cons

The only issue with this organisation is strict working hours. Even while leaving this, I clearly stated that I am not comfortable with working hours.
