1. Management is bunch of unprofessional people who are their to take out their lives frustration on you. 2. Managers has no idea how to run an IT developement team. 3. Management doesn't consider suggestions at all. 4. Joining this organization is waste for your time. No professional growth, they don't treat employees like humans. Management is full of people who don't have an ounce of professionalism, mistreat all employees
