It’s great to hear that you valued the benefits and travel opportunities, which we are really proud to offer. We understand your frustration around our post-Covid return to office transition. Prior to Covid, we had a traditional 5 days in policy for our office-based staff. After Covid, our return to office plan evolved over several years from remote permitted, 2 days in, 3 days in and now 4 days in. This is rooted in our commitment to in-person collaboration within our vibrant workspaces whenever possible. We know that change doesn’t work for everyone. We value the time you spent with us and wish you well in what comes next.
