Hi, thanks for taking the time to write about your time at EF on the Travel team. Great that the work culture and travel opportunities was something you enjoyed so much. Sorry to hear you felt the salary didn't match the workload; we hope you were able to talk about expectations with your manager at the time, but in any case, we have also shared this with the team in Zurich so they are aware.

Pros

EF does not care for its employees. They have some stringent policies that can interfere with employees' work-life balance leading to serious negative consequences.

Cons

No growth. No recognition. Bare minimum compensation. Hire & fire policy. Disrespectful towards employees. Will quit soon. Pathetic experience!
