Pros

salary may be competitive it depends on your ability to negotiate trips it depends how close you are with the management in fact the is a big discrimination among markets

Cons

poor management poor stucture unclear strategy unqualified managers ( the country manager was a dentist!) whith a very poor comunication skills (DISRESPECTFUL group mail instead of one to one explanation) unfriendly work atmosphere (agressive)

Lots of young people. Easy to make friends. Fun company culture and you get a free tour if you stay for a year.

Cons

EF recruits really early to give the impression that the job is more substantial than it is. You are basically phone banking.
