The people there are awesome--young, fun and really bright. Everyone works well together and has a lot of fun.

Cons

Every day you go to work you think about how you can be making 50% more somewhere else.

Pros

Great group of diverse people from around the world. A perfect place for those just out of college. Lots of good energy and a great cause that's also profitable.

Cons

Extreme nepotism and cultural arrogance related to promotions and management, strange for a company that emphasizes the opposite.

Pros

Relatively flexible working hours and the opportunity to work in an exotic country.

Cons

1. Dreadful management. 2. Very poor pay. 3. Unfair pay scale - students score the teachers after each lesson. Students will often give low scores due to a bad internet connection and this will lower the amount you are paid. 4. Very poor lesson material. 5. No chance to progress within the company.
