Pros

Energetic culture, performance driven, cross-department collaboration and lots of opportunities to get to know colleagues from all over the world.

Cons

I enjoyed the energetic culture of the company, but for those who didn't it could feel like an extra burden to fit in.

Great to hear you enjoyed your time at EF, especially the work culture, cross-department collaboration with international colleagues, so thanks for taking the time to share it here! While our environment is fast-paced, we believe success shouldn’t depend on being “energetic” in any way. Our goal is to create a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive with a variety of working styles. Thanks for highlighting this. Wishing you all the best!

Pros

Great culture, lots of lovely people and various career opportunities.

Cons

Allowing for flexibility - no clear guidelines on flexible working, it's all a little ad hoc, and can be rather strict depending on department.
