Pros

- International travel opportunities only if you work on the EF side and not the EA side

Cons

- Lack of career growth - You are treated as a call center and are expected to cold call all day. Limits use of brain power for great business opportunities - Lack of transparency from leadership to understand company’s growth. - Treat other with different backgrounds as less

Pros

paid international travel, young culture, lots of parties, good health insurance

Cons

no work from home, it's a telemarketing job at the end of the day. Your success is measured in how many outbound calls you make and how much talk time you have. There is a ton of pressure to work more than 40 hours a week despite no overtime pay. during the interview process they make it sound like everyone hits goals and earns the bonus $ when in reality the goals are set very high and not many people hit them. Worst of all there is absolutely no room for Tour Consultants to grow in the company. A slim percentage will get promoted to 'senior tour consultant' which is a $4000 pay rise for A LOT more work.

Thank you for your feedback. While it's great to know that you enjoyed the EF culture and travel benefits, we're sorry to read your feedback on compensation. We do regularly review our compensation packages to ensure they are competitive in the local markets. With a sales job like the Tour Consultant role, there is a mix of base salary and bonus for hitting and surpassing sales targets. Our sales people who are able to hit those goals can make significant earnings year after year. As most of the company is work from home right now through the end of the year, we hope you were able to find some flexibility in that, We wish you all the best in your future endeavors and hope you can find a role that feels like a better fit for you.
