Every year, we evaluate our compensation packages to make sure they are benchmarked with our industry, and we appreciate your feedback on low pay as we evaluate this. Furthermore, your feedback on progression not being straightforward is helpful to hear, as it's true that EF careers are often not "straightforward" on a typical career ladder, but rather growth can come across departments, divisions, and countries.
