Good place to start

Pros

Good place to start your career out of college. Lots of young people, lots of great parties and some free travel. Good culture and respectable mission.

Cons

Bad place to be past age 26. Absurdly low pay, long hours, low chance of career development. They don't want you to stay past 3 years. Sooner or later, getting paid in parties and a trip to Europe every year doesn't cut it when you're still looking for roommates every year and making no progress on your college debt.
