Pros

EF is really a great place to work if you love travel and working with truly passionate people. I appreciate being able to laugh and have fun with my colleagues and at the same time get to drive really meaningful projects with teams from all over the world. 99% of all colleagues are genuinely friendly. I also love to work for a company that I can stand behind, and the impact that we have on our customers and their lives.

Cons

It can feel unstructured and a bit messy at times, and you have to chase people a lot for certain things because everyone is busy. Five days in the office can be tough and I would have liked more flexibility.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's so great to hear that you enjoy the culture, global collaboration, and the impact of your work! Thank you also for your constructive feedback on organization and work-from-home policy. We understand that our fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment can feel a bit unstructured at times, and your comment is helpful as we find ways to better support all employees. Furthermore, we highly value in-person collaboration in our offices, as our business is built upon bringing people together across borders and cultures, and we want to make sure our offices can reflect that. We encourage you to reach out to your manager or Recruitment and Employee Development (RED) Team if you would like to speak more about flexibility. Thank you again for sharing your experience and being part of the EF team!
