Pros

Best working hours - work from home - meet great people around the world

Cons

Four raises in ten years - do not value dependible realiable teacher with no call out no late cancellation its scores scores which students can manipulate - or use there personal feeling to destroy a teacher. New management is selective and didn't support teachers who have been there longer Used favoritism with new teachers...never once received thank you for being two years..or five years only accolades for new teachers pets - only communication with teachers is most of the time negative except if you work for corporate or you were hired with new management
