A mission you'd be happy to represent. - Inspirational leadership as they really know what they are doing and are happily involved in execution! - Great office location and positive in-person culture. - Encouragement to bring new ideas, especially around innovation and tech. - Top class talent and colleagues are everywhere making it a great learning environment. - The environment is full of energy. Everyone seems to be on a mission to accomplish great things and I love it!

Cons

- Fast-paced environment which may feel overwhelming for some at first. - on-site work is required which is a con only for people looking for remote work.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your role as a Residence Manager in London. Thank you also for sharing your experience with working during the weekend. We try to manage expectations for on-site roles like this during the interview process, including work days, and we appreciate you bringing this up so we can clarify that more. We do also review our compensation structures annually to make sure we align with industry standards. Thanks again for sharing.

Pros

I've been with EF for a while now and recently relocated to the Budapest office. The transition has been incredibly smooth, especially as an international expat. The support from the company throughout the relocation process was top-notch. So far, everything has been great. The team here is super helpful and collaborative. I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and take on different responsibilities, which has really helped me grow professionally. The open office layout fosters a strong sense of community. There are no silos, and everyone is approachable and willing to help. Pros: - Exposure to a truly global company - Opportunities to collaborate across departments and roles - Supportive colleagues and a great team culture - Excellent office facilities and work environment - Smooth relocation process for expats

Cons

The work pace can be quite demanding at times. But that’s part of the EF spirit and what makes it exciting
