Pros

I’ve been working here for a while now and I’m really happy with how things are going. The company gave me amazing support with my immigration process, making the move way easier than I expected. The team is super friendly and the leadership is approachable and open-minded, which makes daily work very smooth. Also, the office is modern and has everything we need to feel comfortable. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far.

Cons

Honestly, not much to complain about. Maybe some internal processes could be a bit more streamlined, but that’s pretty common anywhere.

Pros

Inspiring international culture, smart and passionate colleagues, and a beautiful office in the heart of Budapest. Great balance of autonomy and collaboration. Leadership is approachable and empowering. A truly meaningful mission that makes every day rewarding.

Cons

Sometimes processes can be a bit informal or vary between teams, but that’s part of EF’s agile and entrepreneurial culture. You need to be proactive and flexible, which can be a pro for the right mindset.
