Poor HR & Senior management

Pros

Diverse team and good travel opportunities.

Cons

Instructions from senior management is vague and they do not care about their employees. As much as they claim they want to take care of their staff, they hire and fire based on their seasonal needs. Completely ignoring people coming here for a full time job instead of a short term contract. Performance reviews are only for show, salary increase is based on how much your manager likes you instead of how much you have contributed. When you ask questions, you will get vague answers or told that the decision is made based on the manager understanding. Totally subjective and unfair.
