Leaders foster a culture where employees truly feel valued. Staff is directly involved in decisions. Option to work from home. Unique perspectives, experiences and contributions are encouraged and celebrated.

Cons

Working for a nonprofit is rewarding, but sometimes grants don't get approved and a project may have to be put on pause.

EFBA creates an inclusive community where every single person is able to bring their best self to work. Management creates a welcoming environment where your feedback is acknowledged, respected and taken into account. Amazing culture and supportive colleagues who care about results and balance. A great company to work for where they really live by their mission, vision and values.

- Management with a lack of respect for employees and poor management and vision. - Terribly unorganized with management who changes plans and expectations prior to deadlines. - Lack of worklife balance and boundaries. I received messages at all times of the day and night. - Utilizing volunteers for high skilled work with high expectations. - Extremely high workload for part time positions. Unwilling to address this when it is brought up. - Lack of strategic decision making for the future of the org. - upper management unwilling to listen to employees.
