Pros

EFBA is a team of inspiring and dedicated members who are committed to education and cultural exchange. Our leadership/management team encourages creating a sense of community at work. There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow with the company.

Cons

I think that if your passion align with the company's mission and have "can-do" attitude/proactive personality, there's really not much 'cons'.

Pros

I was a summer camp volunteer for 7 weeks and I had a great experience speaking French to the children and having fun with them. It was a unique experience

Cons

The Belmont summer camp location (NDDN) may not be the most suitable for a summer camp for kids

Pros

Upper management is very compassionate and encourages professional development. There's a lot of room to learn and grow with the company. The current team is very positive and eager to make an impact through education & care

Cons

Many departments are new and therefore don't have very clear procedures yet. This gives managers a lot of freedom to create, but someone that needs more hand-holding might get frustrated
