Some cool technology and patents Good place to not move fast or challenge the status quo if that's your personality type

Cons

Leadership team is awful and the SPRINT culture is not really enforced by at least 1/2 the company. Fiery has been a mis-managed and inefficiently run business for years.

Pros

Flexibility, Great coworkers, Benefits. Ability to grow with in the team. Diverse group and helpful employees throughout the company. Very knowledgeable employees.

Cons

Management blind spots, bottom line vs. value of employee resources. Created goals and mentality of we are a great team, but when goals were attained through a lot of team effort, employees did not share in the benefits. Talked the talk, but didn't walk the walk.

DTO and vacation can be limited. You may work 12 hours days, but you may get the boot
