open to new ideas management trying to adopt change friendly people great location agile teams starting (still very new and in early stages) much improvement in last 2 years

Cons

legacy code, needs lots of TLC some people negative or poor contributors coding practices need improvement

Pros

Great location, what is left of it. Very nice view. Free coffee: you’ll need it! Practically everybody is very friendly and open.

Cons

EFI is an excellent illustration of Peter’s principle (read the book, it is short!). Uncreative engineering management considering employees as expenses. They kill entrepreneurship and milk the Fiery division cow to its death. The CEO no longer pretends that EFI hires and keeps only the best. We are just expendable.

Flexible timings, good working environment , experienced professionals, good transportaion facility,can work independently , could acquire good domain skills .

Cons

not good salary hikes and bonuses, a developer's job is more of bug fixing and not very much coding .
