good compensation, promise of great products, small enough company size to be able to make a difference

Cons

very heavy management structure, risk adverse culture, process heavy, people afraid to make decisions because of risk adverse environment, lack of trust from management that the right decisions will be made, so no decision is often made.

Lots of different types of technologies to work with. Good communication from mid management. Decent pay. Nice area, out of the big city.

Cons

Constant turnover. Only a handful of people in technical fields have been there for over a year. Constantly hiring and laying off. Cliquey and hard to fit in.
