      A Company with best Work Life Balance

      Work life balance. Can switch between teams. Easy to get started with work. Transport facility. Medical, Term insurance.

      Cons

      No proper documentation for trainings. Becomes tough to get nominated for company provided certifications due to continuous work and manager becomes a bottleneck. Some directors, managers has mindset of service based company.

      Pros

      Lot of free time. So you can utilise it to learn to clear other companies.

      Cons

      1. Legacy tech stack. 2. Mostly, managing tickets will be your work. 3. Hard working and knowledgable employees leave the company. 4. If you are a fresher, it will be a nightmare. You will be expected to work and solve multiple tickets like an engineer with experience of > 20 with no guidance.
