Decent benefits, mostly good people in support services

Cons

Low base, high quota's that are pulled out of thin air Sales Engineers overworked and under supported Implementation Services generally do a bad job getting customers up and running . Lots of negative support issues as well with clients

Extremely poor management, both at facility and corporate level Company does not care about making or selling good products, only about maximizing profits at the expense of everything else Constant layoffs despite the company increasing revenue Culture is very politically motivated Poor salaries Very little opportunities for advancement
