Completely understaffed in every department. The engineers do customer support in addition to crazy deadlines from sales committing to dates without asking engineering if it's even possible. Management's response is "thanks, keep working to make up the difference".
Laughable to no bonuses for anyone below director.
The same VP is responsible for marketing and engineering - so there is no one to balance the sales requests vs. reality for producing quality products.
Time-off policy is pretty stingy (2 weeks until 5 years) - and it's old-school separate vacation/sick time instead of one bucket of PTO. So, you can have tons of sick time and no vacation and be stuck.
