      Pros

      Technology for P25 radio systems is innovative and more efficient than older technologies offered by companies such as Motorola and Harris. Small company environment backed by JVCKenwood which provides resources for manufacturing and research.

      Cons

      Small sales force that rely on Kenwood for sales support. Unfortunately they are not that familiar with P25 digital systems and are not enthusiastic about pushing EFJohnson products. In pursuing large contracts they have had limited success and Sales management have made poor decisions on staffing and strategies.

      Commission program Ok at best. Many employees are doing the best they can

      Cons

      Change in leadership, 3rd CEO in 3 year, 3 territory changes with 3 reorganizations. Total lack of leadership. Executive Management Team does not have high ethical standards.
