      Commission program Ok at best. Many employees are doing the best they can

      Change in leadership, 3rd CEO in 3 year, 3 territory changes with 3 reorganizations. Total lack of leadership. Executive Management Team does not have high ethical standards.

      Pros

      Probably the most fun at a job I ever had; loved the people I worked with, great entrepreneurial atmosphere, did a lot with a little and they respected the work - life balance.

      Cons

      The ghost of EF Johnson past was always there rearing it's head. No matter that we demonstrated live fire trucks rolling over our products and they still worked, or our receiver sensitivity out performed the competitors. Time and time again we lost sales to a known brand over ours because of poor quality in the distant past. Never really hurdled that obstacle fully and EF Johnson was eventually bought by JVC Kenwood. Not sure how relevant my Pros are now
