      Pros

      - Good location in Las Colinas - Lengthy history - Customers are first responders and military - Small enough that most workers can see an impact

      Cons

      - The chairman's so-called "emphasis on sales and marketing" quickly fizzled - 100 person company tries to compete head-on with giants such as Motorola and Harris and never succeeds - Management image is uncaring and distant

      Pros

      If you are looking for a challenge and an opportunity to enter the LMR arena in a Sales capacity, then EFJohnson Technologies is the place for you. They do have P25 equipment that is compatable to and interoperable with it's chief competitor.

      Cons

      The company is small in size, thinks and acts as such. Constant turnover in Senior Mgmt. on a yearly basis which has negatively impacted the quality of its product offering. Due to the poor product quality, you virtually have no repeat business...this is especially true in the Federal Government marketplace.
