      Focused on providing solutions to Public Safety. Provided a team environment. Sales process driven. Very patient. Encouraged collaboration with cross-functional teams.

      Cons

      Too stringent with their decision-making process to Bid - No Bid on RFP opportunities. They didn't have the internal resources to follow through on many high valued RFP opportunities, so they literally would walk-away after a tremendous amount of pre-sales efforts to develop opportunities. Travel requirements were too demanding especially with the low level of salary, and the extremely lengthy sales cycle involved for large RFP's. Their commission structure was very poor as well. They operated like a start-up

      Like so many others, E.F. Johnson has experienced attrition and loss. Even with these challenges, the company remains steadfast in its commitment to JVCKENWOOD, employees, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and the communities where the company operates.
