Pros

Great attitudes from most people and some people really do want to be great employees and work hard at what they do.

Cons

There is a tremendous division between the American employees and the European employees as well as holding each other to the same set of standards. Communication gets lost from one department to another.

Pros

Beautiful office setting Perks like food trucks in the summer Great employees who are friendly and helpful

Cons

Customer service is over worked and under payed. Employee suggestions are encouraged but not listened to. No improvements had been made despite ample feedback in improvement meetings. Very disorganized office with little to no resources available for employee success. Little to no training is given due to not having set procedures or processes in place.
