Pros

The pay is fair

Cons

HR will give you a wonderful picture of the company and do a good job at selling the role and company. Dont buy it. The company is bad and their are many other places to work. If you work here expect to be discriminated against daily. Every one of the European managers could care less about the local employees. As another review states, HR has received multiple sexual harassement cases but nothing is being done about them. They do not treat ladies the same as men. Training is very bad once you are hired. They pretty much throw you to the wolves and expect you to preform and all the while the Europeans drive around in their shiny new cars that the local employees cannot have. Do not work here - trust me.

Pros

People are right to point out that the pay is usually okay, but the US investment has been a complete sinkhole so don't expect a raise for several years.

Cons

Where to begin? They've hired managers who are not only arrogant and rude, but deeply incompetent about their jobs. But countless employees got blamed for the mistakes of the managers, which has led to the disastrous turnover rate in the last year that they've tried to hire people. There were multiple incidents of sexual harassment brought to HR, but the company is so desperate to figure out their business strategy that they won't fire any of the managers, they can get away with anything. And if you think there's any chance to justify a job here by getting work experience, think again. They do not train *anyone* on how to do their jobs. They came to the US assuming they could apply a One-Size-Fits-All business model imported from the European markets, but they're finding out they are woefully unequipped to gain any market share here with that strategy. You'll be asked to spend countless hours on the phone with people in Austria to figure out how to do your job, except its virtually impossible when there is a 7 hour time zone difference. Pretty much everyone working in the office pods in the Lexington construction site is looking for a new job. It's a sinking ship, and everyone is looking to get out. Trust me, you'd rather work anywhere else.
