Discriminate by nationality (if you are not German native speaker), favouritism is flourishing (people close and / or trusted to owners family).

The company is financially stable and does have some impressive facilities in its manufacturing operations. People are friendly and progression can be good

Cons

Everything seemed to be time consuming and tied up in paperwork. Practices were incredibly dated and lack of dynamism in the work force
