Time goes quickly People are friendly Entry level job no drug test Easy to get the job. get your own desk. That's it.

Cons

Don't have access to really help people. Inconsistent schedule stop hiring ratchets. Training should be longer. Don't get the correct help you need. Don't have enough resources.

I really like working at EGS. I had cancer 2 years ago and they worked with me and saved my job for me.

Cons

Just like any other job there is drama on the floor. If you just stay at your desk and do your job you will be fine.
