Training is not organized or very professional. A lot of time is wasted while tech issues get resolved, trainer shares irrelevant personal details and takes personal phone calls, other trainees are allowed to interrupt frequently and disrupt while others are trying to learn, etc. There is a heavy amount of material to learn, however, when asked if we are able to bring the material home to study, we are told no. The trainer reads through the material too quickly and then explains that these details are not all that important. I am concerned how one is to do the job well and knowledgeably without the opportunity to fully understand the policies and procedures of the job. It is early in the process so this is strictly a first impression.

Boring repetitiv and had to talk to rude pharmacist and technicians who are calling for assistance but try to belittle you like you don't know what YOUR talking about, very annoying but just stay professional
