      Pros

      The owners of the company make you feel like family. They hire culture and train the rest, so the people you work with have an excellent attitude and are some of the best in the business. Exciting stage in the companies growth as the LA office is opening a brand new facility and you get to be on the ground level of that. There is a big push to maintain a good work/life balance.

      No dental yet, but being worked on.

      CEO, Owners, and management listen to suggestions and are quick to implement new ideas The team is small, but everyone pulls their weight and works well together

      No dental coverage (yet) Some jobs require a lot of overlap with UK / GMT timezone
