Pros

Outside, job isnt dull and ever changing work load in various areas. Loved the Bismarck managers, surrounding lead techs and other employees that helped maintain ticket volumes.

Cons

revolving door of employees, always short staffed somewhere. The state director would rather stay at home than be out in the field helping manage areas in need. Did not receive our raises in a timely matter, when we did it was computer base system. Which the State Director did not take account of the hard work/ short staffed events. Wish the company would make the state director retire so somebody who takes action and responsibilities seriously can take over.
