Pros

This is a true start up that is run by good people. At this company you get to work directly with a variety of clients from all types of backgrounds, you can pave your own career path and you work with a great team.

Cons

I think we are doing really well; if I could add one thing to improve it might be getting employees back into the office (although the work from home option is liked by many, I think it would be better to incentivize more in-office work)

Everyone at EMSC is a pleasure to work with. Not only that, but they are an intelligent group who are invested in the success of the company and our clients. EMSC does well at ensuring their employees enjoy their jobs and have a good work/life balance, and they put in the effort to create a welcoming office environment, complete with a fun rooftop patio and cold brew on tap. They also organize regular events & happy hours in the Chicago area. If you are a growth-oriented person looking for your next digital marketing agency, EMSC is a great place to work.
