I would rate my experience at this company zero stars if it were possible. Worst run company I have ever worked for.

Pros

Steady paycheck, I guess? I literally can't think of a day when I didn't dread going into that place.

Cons

Management and ownership is the worst I have seen in my 20 year career. They have absolutely no idea how their employees feel.

We here at EMA pride ourselves on being a flexible, family-oriented company. We attribute much of our continuous growth and increasing success in this extremely competitive industry to our employees— approximately 50% of whom have been with us for over 10 years. While we want our employees to be happy here at EMA, just like anything in life, our innovative and fast-paced culture is not necessarily a good fit for everyone.

Pros

They do give raises - I got 2 in less than 2 years. Prospering technology re-seller. Business is successful.

Cons

Electrical engineering can be boring. People are not very social, and there are no team building activities. There is no collaboration or communication between departments.
