boast their benefits however they are average these days and nothing to write home about - 401k 3% match, bonus (but have been losing money so don't get it), 4 weeks PTO, hybrid working option seem to acknowledge some problems but refuse to change so they are repeated reviews don't mean anything and you won't be comped for your performance even if you hit and exceed your goals, you may however be rewarded with a new 'salary band' with lots of 'potential earning opportunity'

I’ve been here for 1 year and truly feel like my boss cares about me. The higher-ups are driven to make the company better but consider our feelings in the process. I would say the pay is fair (could be better), we get bonuses once a year around tax time, and we have great health benefits, I think I pay around $120 per paycheck for me and my kids. The health benefits are great coverage. I definitely don’t feel like a number here.

Sometimes the workload can be overwhelming.
