Pros

With the exception of management, and a couple of technicians, the staff is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Cons

Going to work every day wondering if today is going to be the day that you lose your job. Bending over backwards to ensure that everyone's job is easier, only to be pulled aside to point out your faults? Opening your e-mail in the morning and finding a series of discouraging emails that put you down written by management at all hours of the night.

Big corporation with a small company environment. Good benefits. Ipad and iphone. Current with technology. Winning lunch gift cards. Some flexibility with schedule. Regard for safety. Focus on training. Internal job postings. Overall good people to work with, the bad eggs are gone.

Cons

Can be too far to drive, large territory. Need more experienced service guys. Insurance changes each year no choices of carrier. Could be hard to find consistency with doctors. Wish there were windows in office space.
