I am provided ALL the resources to succeed and have what I consider good benefits. The company is VERY flexible and I certainly enjoy coming to work each day. Management and the entire staff are a pleasure!

Cons

No waffle maker and I'd like to see an actual lunch room type setting with a TV so I could detox.

Caring and passionate management. Opportunities to succeed. Many resources to assist with engineering, energy calculations. Service technicians are talented and capable

Cons

The system can be very bureaucratic. EMCOR the parent company will often impose their will and make changes to the compensation plan or rules for bidding without warning . At times it feels that the accountants run the company rather than the people that actually sell, perform, or are actively involved in the work.
