Quality core project management staff and excellent field operations. Family oriented with opportunity for advancement. The general foremen and foremen are knowledgeable and terrific mentors.

A paycheck each week would be the only pros.

Cons

Salaries suck. Terrible raises. White employees are paid more than Black employees for doing the same job. Good ole boy mentality. Micromanaged. The CFO/VP runs the company. The President is just a body with no backbone. Rehire employees that caused problems in the past. They keep employees that should have been fired years ago.
