Good pay and some great employees here. I can't say enough good about some of the wonderful people here. Decent benefits as well.

Beware of truly evil office politics in the Vernon CT office. A handful of highly protected employees routinely use ruthlessly sleazy tactics to get ahead. These people will use Lying, cheating, and all kinds of covert back-stabbing. They do this with complete arrogance because upper management will do anything to deny and hide this. Preventing management embarrassment is rule number one here. It does not matter what happens to you or even the Company. It only matters that management does not look bad and the careers of upper managers are protected at all costs. Say anything about this problem, and expect to be bullied and intimidated into silence.
