There used to be a lot of opportunity to work overtime, which was great extra money. Benefits were okay. Depending on the team you worked for it was somewhat flexible.

Cons

No opportunity to earn overtime since the operations structure changed.

Once you want to go back to a regular 8 hours your value drops, the ones that get promoted are the ones with no personal time.
