      Solid business model and wealth of experience as most employees have 20+ years

      Cons

      Company lacks technology to support internal company projects. Relies on off-the-shelf solutions but does not have the resources to develop their own technology solutions. There is a prevailing mentailty of having to be present in the office. Office is stuck in the 1990s with beige cubicles and is not innovative when it comes to office design.
