      Boys club, especially since new CEO. Frown upons flexible work arrangements. Fails to promote women to top leadership positions.

      Pros

      A lot of opportunity for someone willing and able identify ways of improving the effectiveness of the company. Management very open to quality suggestions from all levels, and willing to give employees opportunities to take on high levels of responsibility. Very entrepreneurial spirit throughout the company.

      Heavy decentralization limits career development and mobility.
