Nice balance of the small feel of a regional specialty contractor with the security of being backed by a large publicly traded company. Mesa allows people to work autonomously and the focus is on results. People are nice and it's definitely not a toxic work environment life some places.

Cons

Good benefits and insurance, but nothing great and no stock options in base salary.
