Pros

Decent flexbility and diverse project and workload. No micromanagement.

Cons

Minimal training and development. Need to be proactive on your own to gain knowledge and learn. Your best friend will probably be good and youtube. Benefits are straight trash. Raises and bonuses seem pretty arbitrary.

-You will learn a lot.

Cons

-Forced to wear many hats due to lack of manpower -Doesn’t allocate/acquire resources to properly man projects -Overloaded with work -Upper management does not communicate expectations, project budgets or timelines until it becomes a problem. -Upper management does not address issues that concern employees. -There are no established protocols leading to people working in different styles. This can cause issues with teamwork and coordination of deliverables. -Low office morale and favoritism
